Indira Neupane/Makawanpur (Pahichan) November 16 – Sabin Neupane, Ward Chair of Hetauda Sub-metropolitan city-1 has said that members of gender and sexual minority should not disclose their identity. He said male, female and transgender are equal.
“There should not be any discrimination to his community. They should not conceal their identity; people have security and other things. To translate the policy in practice, all people should come in the field,” he said.
He said minority groups should get equal rights in education, health, employment and other basic facilities. He said that all people should get employment as per their capacity.
He expressed commitments that he would allocate budget to this community from next fiscal year.
