Kailali (Pahichan) December 17 – Tapendra Rawal, chief of Tikapur Municipality has said that there is positive attitude towards gender and sexual minority. Rawal said the issues of gender and sexual minority will be made a major priority issue.
As society has already accepted this community, there are no questions of rejecting this community; he said adding that problems of this community should be minimized.
He said no citizens should be treated as second class citizen. He requested the members of this community to come up with their views. He expressed the commitment of allocating budget to this community.
