Binod BC/Rupandehi (Pahichan) March 6 – Environment Higher Secondary School has decided to provide scholarship to the members of sexual and gender minority who are studying in school. To achieve scholarship, members of this community must come up disclosing their identity, according to Principal Madhu Prakash Gywali.
He assured that members of this community can study in this school without any hesitation and school is ready to offer facilities to them.
Speaking to Pahichan Online, he informed that transgender Binita Shahi and Awantika Gharti are receiving opportunity in various cultural programs.
He expressed the commitment that members of this community will get more facilities in the days to come. Gywali said various program are being launched in collaboration with Aink Rana.
