Kathmandu (Pahichan) September 7 – Blue Diamond Society has provided assistance to transgender Rabi Gurung of Gorkha Barpak. Society provided 15,000 for the treatment of Gurung who is physically weak, according to Bhumika Shrestha, Coordinator of Day Project of Society.
Society is providing relief to the members of gender and sexual minorities taking the consent from Social Welfare Council. “The health condition of earthquake affected transgender Gurung is deteriorating,” Shrestha said. After the treatment of eye and receiving treatment Gurung thanked the Society.
