Kathmandu (Pahichan) March 24 – Transgender Model Anjali Lama said that individual must works himself\herself to fulfill the ambitions. Lama said there is a need of regular and consistent efforts.
Lama said members of this community should not confine themselves in the room. “I never received support from society and family. I struggled hard so that I received the support from family.
In the initial days, people used to reject me from participating in the fashion shows but I continued my campaign,” Lama said. She is successful transgender. She members the initial days when transgender women used to faced discrimination.
Lama said such discrimination also exists in India. She faced a lot of discrimination for participating in the competition. Lama said she has the ambition of participating in big shows in America and European Union. She is active in modeling since 2009.
