Kathmandu (Pahichan) March 24 – President of Nepal Student Union Nain Singh Mahar has said that that Central Committee will get a complete shape soon and he will try to accommodate representatives of gender and sexual minority.
Mahar is facing pressure from various quarter to ensure the representation. He, however, said that they should maintain inclusive approach while making the appointment. “I am facing a lot of pressure.
There is a constitutional provisions of appointing the minority community but it is not sure that this community will be accommodated,” he said adding that other merits should be taken into consideration while making appointment. Two members of LGBTI were central representative in the convention and they voted in the selection of officer bearer. “I will try my best to appoint LGBTI members in CC,” he said.
